Company started its operations in the leadershp and guidance of Mr.R.P.Vaidya (Chief Architect) who has developed an extensive experience while working for more than 45 years in the field of architecture in various Govt and private organizations.He has been a very well known personality in the state of Himachal Pardesh and is known for his humble and down to earth approach.His leadership has been the most important deciding factor for achieving all success and recognition by HDA in such a short span.

Mr. Ajay Jain, an architect, is the founder director of company and responsible for all major decisions and operations of the company. Prior to starting this practice, Mr. Ajay Jain worked with some of the most respected groups of the world. Mr. Ajay Jain's rigorous dedication to quality and design was developed whilst working with "Bal Design Group", "Design Solution Group" and Sunita Kohli Interior Design, on high profile projects including Five star Health Spa "Ananda" at Narendera Nagar, Five star hotel at Srinagar, Multi Acre residence cum Bungalows for industrialists and corporate offices etc. He learned very hard project management skills while working with corporate groups like "Inox Global Service Ltd", "Bata India Ltd" and Pantaloon India Ltd. He also got very well acquainted with international standards while working on outsourced projects from companies like "Skidmore Owing and Merill" from New York and YSA (Yarn & Stobraaten Architects) from Oslo Norway.

The company is very well supported by its administrator Mrs. Ritu Jain . She is an MBA and has acquired a great experience in handling finance and administration before joining the company as Director. Mr. Lokesh Mohan Bhagat who is an MBA and Engineer by profession, is the Business Development head of the company and is instrumental for bringing various high profile projects for the company.

Other members of our team consists of architects, interior designers, administrators, architectural assistants, project managers, site engineers and supervisors some of them are mentioned below.HDA also have associate firms by having tie ups to take assistance for handeling of all India projects. HDA is also well supported by a team of services consultants to take care of services like electrical,structure and plumbing aspects.
